 RTE as coordinator of the OSMOSE project is committed to user privacy. It only processes your data for the purposes described below. All personal information is processed in line with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the law on information technology and individual freedom 

Privacy statement

Each web service limits the processing of personal data to that which is relevant and necessary (data minimization) and is accompanied by information about:

  • The data controller and the purposes of the data collection ;
  • The legal basis for the processing of personal data ;
  • Whether the data collection is mandatory or optional ;
  • the data source (when data other than that provided via the online service is used to process your request) ;
  • the categories of data subject ;
  • the intended recipients (only RTE by default, unless specified when transmission to a third party is necessary) ;

  • IT security measures (general description) ;
  • The possible existence of data transfers outside of the European Union or automated decision-making ;
